Loaded Tater Tot Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups tater tots.
02 - 1 cup chili with beans.
03 - 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced.
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.
06 - 1 bunch scallions, sliced.
07 - 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped.
08 - 4 jalapeños, sliced.
09 - ½ cup apple cider vinegar.
10 - ½ cup water.
11 - 1 garlic clove, sliced.
12 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
13 - ¼ cup sour cream.
14 - ¼ cup heavy cream.
15 - 1 lime, juiced.
16 - Salt to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, and salt. Add jalapeños, remove from heat. Let sit 15 minutes then jar.
02 - Mix sour cream, heavy cream, lime juice, and salt. Let stand 90 minutes, then refrigerate.
03 - Bake tater tots at 450°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
04 - Layer tots with tomatoes and hot chili. Top with cheese, return to oven 5 minutes.
05 - Top with pickled jalapeños, bacon, scallions, cilantro, and lime crema.

# Notes:

01 - Can use canned or homemade chili.
02 - Serve immediately while hot.
