Lemon Butter Lobster Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package lobster ravioli.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth.
07 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested.
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Fresh parsley for garnish.
11 - Red pepper flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Boil ravioli in salted water according to package directions until they float. Drain.
02 - Melt butter with oil in skillet. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Add cream and broth, bring to simmer. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan until smooth.
04 - Add ravioli to sauce, toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
