Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup bread crumbs.
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease baking dish with olive oil.
02 - Combine bread crumbs, half cup Parmesan, seasonings, salt, and pepper in shallow dish.
03 - Beat eggs with milk in second dish. Put flour in third dish.
04 - Dredge chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture.
05 - Cook chicken in oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
06 - Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic. Bake 20-25 minutes.

01 - Can use Italian breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
02 - Add red pepper flakes for heat.
03 - Best served immediately while hot.
