Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Drink Base

01 - 3/4 cup lemonade, shaken well
02 - 1/4 cup white grape juice, shaken well
03 - 2 tablespoons 100% mango juice, shaken well

→ Dragon Fruit Component

04 - 1 teaspoon freeze-dried pitaya (dragon fruit) powder, or 2–3 teaspoons crushed dried dragon fruit chips, or 2–3 tablespoons frozen dragon fruit cubes

# Instructions:

01 - In a 16-ounce glass, pour in the lemonade, white grape juice, and mango juice. Ensure each juice is well shaken before measuring.
02 - Introduce freeze-dried pitaya powder, crushed dried dragon fruit chips, or frozen dragon fruit cubes to the mixture. Let the blend stand for 2 to 5 minutes, allowing the dragon fruit to dissolve, rehydrate, or melt and infuse the liquid with color and flavor.
03 - Stir thoroughly once more to evenly distribute color and flavor. Top with ice and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - If the freeze-dried dragon fruit powder clumps, press them against the glass using the back of a spoon until smooth.
02 - Dragon fruit is available in powder, dried chip, or frozen cube forms—use whichever is most accessible.
03 - For a larger batch, scale up the ingredients: 3 3/4 cups lemonade, 1 1/4 cups white grape juice, 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons mango juice, and 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons dragon fruit powder.
