Marshmallow-Surprise Hot Cocoa Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/3 cup cocoa powder.
08 - 1/4 cup dry hot cocoa mix.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
11 - 2 teaspoons milk.
12 - 10-11 large marshmallows, halved.
13 - 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
02 - Whisk flour, cocoas, baking soda, and salt.
03 - Mix dry ingredients into wet, then add milk.
04 - Refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours.
05 - Roll into balls, bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
06 - Top with marshmallow halves, bake 2 more minutes.
07 - Top with melted chocolate, let set.
