Melt-In-Mouth 2 Ingredients (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups self-rising flour (recommendation: White Lily for better texture)
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and heavy whipping cream. Stir gently with a spoon or spatula just until a soft dough forms. Avoid overmixing to maintain a tender texture.
03 - Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently pat it into a ¾-inch thick rectangle. Use a round biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits. Gather the scraps, re-pat, and cut more.
04 - Place the biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, close together for softer sides or spaced apart for crispier edges. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
05 - Serve warm with your choice of butter, honey, jam, or gravy. These biscuits freeze well, so consider making extra.

# Notes:

01 - White Lily flour is low in protein, resulting in extra tender biscuits. If unavailable, any self-rising flour can be used as a substitute.
