                Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

                Add white rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup.

                Shake vigorously until well chilled.

                Fill a hurricane glass or tall glass with fresh ice.

                Strain the mixture into the glass.

                Slowly pour a splash of grenadine down the side of the glass to create a sunset effect at the bottom.

                If using, sprinkle a small amount of edible shimmer dust on top for a magical mermaid sparkle.
