                Add the Andes Mints and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir as smooth as possible. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth.

                Place the Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.

                Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and stir thoroughly to evenly coat the cereal.

                Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag. Add the powdered sugar and shake until the cereal is evenly coated.

                Pour the mixture onto a baking pan and spread evenly.

                Sprinkle the chopped Andes Mints over the Chex mixture. Melt the green candy melts according to the package directions and drizzle over the top using a spoon. Allow the candy melts to set before serving.
