# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 medium lemons)
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 10 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
04 - 2 cups chilled sparkling water
05 - Ice cubes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Juice the lemons to produce 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, straining to remove seeds and pulp.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Add chopped mint leaves to the lemon-sugar mixture and let stand for 5 minutes to infuse flavor.
04 - Pour the chilled sparkling water into a large pitcher. Gently add the infused lemon-mint mixture, stirring lightly to combine.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade fizz over the ice. Garnish with additional mint sprigs if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a less sweet drink, reduce the sugar or substitute with a natural sweetener to taste.
