Mountain Dew Baja Jello Shots (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

1/2 cup Blue Gatorade

1/2 cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup extra soda
→ Gelling Agent

2 packages Knox Unflavored Gelatin
→ Optional Garnish

# Instructions:

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Add the 2 packages of Knox Gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.

Stir in 1/2 cup Blue Gatorade, 1/2 cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast, and 1/2 cup extra soda. Mix well.

Pour the mixture evenly into small cups, shot glasses, or molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

Just before serving, top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for garnish.

To make these vegan, use agar-agar instead of gelatin and follow its specific setting instructions.
