Mountain Dew Baja Jello Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquid Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup Blue Gatorade
02 - 1/2 cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast
03 - 1/2 cup boiling water
04 - 1/2 cup extra soda

→ Gelling Agent

05 - 2 packages Knox Unflavored Gelatin

→ Optional Garnish

06 - Whipped cream
07 - Maraschino cherries

# Instructions:

01 - Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Add the 2 packages of Knox Gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
02 - Stir in 1/2 cup Blue Gatorade, 1/2 cup Mountain Dew Baja Blast, and 1/2 cup extra soda. Mix well.
03 - Pour the mixture evenly into small cups, shot glasses, or molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
04 - Just before serving, top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for garnish.

# Notes:

01 - To make these vegan, use agar-agar instead of gelatin and follow its specific setting instructions.
02 - Chill overnight for firmer shots and easier serving.
03 - Add a pinch of edible glitter to the mixture before setting for extra sparkle.
