Using an electric mixer, cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and golden brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Place Oreo cookies into one Ziploc bag and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into another. Use a heavy-bottomed pot or rolling pin to break them into pieces.

Add half of the crumbled Oreos, half of the crushed peanut butter cups, and 1/2 cup of Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture. Combine using a rubber spatula.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the Oreo pie crust and spread it evenly. Top it with the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip, spreading it out evenly over the surface.

Sprinkle the rest of the crushed Oreos and peanut butter cups on top.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least two hours before slicing and serving.
