Fruity Sparkling Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
02 - 2 cups peach juice
03 - 2 cups sparkling apple cider
04 - ½ cup fresh raspberries
05 - Ice
06 - Mint leaves for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Place the fresh peach slices and peach juice in a blender and puree until very smooth.
02 - Add the sparkling apple cider to the blender and pulse once or twice to just combine the juice and cider. Don't over mix or the cider will lose its effervescence.
03 - Pour the peach bellini into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a raspberry and mint leaf. Enjoy cold!

# Notes:

01 - Freeze the peach slices before blending to make a slushy bellini.
02 - Blueberries make a great garnish in place of raspberries as well.
03 - This is a non-alcoholic version of the classic peach bellini cocktail.
04 - Perfect for brunches, baby showers, or any occasion where you want a festive, alcohol-free option.
