# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz coconut water or coconut milk
02 - 1 oz blue food coloring mixed with a splash of lemon juice or blue butterfly pea flower tea
03 - 2 oz pineapple juice
04 - 1 oz coconut cream
05 - ½ cup crushed ice
06 - 1 tbsp blueberry puree
07 - Whipped cream for topping
08 - Pineapple wedge for garnish
09 - Frozen or fresh blueberries for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the coconut water or milk, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Pour the blended base into a tall glass.
03 - Slowly drizzle the blue mixture and blueberry puree over the top.
04 - Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the colors to create an ocean wave effect.
05 - Top with a swirl of whipped cream.
06 - Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a few blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy while cold!
