Quick caramelized fruit dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh peaches
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar, adjust to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
06 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cut each peach into half, vertically. Remove the seed.
02 - Melt butter in a pan. Add brown sugar, powdered cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Mix.
03 - Put the peaches on top with cut side down. Cook for around 5-7 minutes on medium heat or until the cut side of the peaches gets browned and caramelized.
04 - Gently turn them over and cook the other side too for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Enjoy hot with ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, or any other dish of choice.

# Notes:

01 - You can also make similar recipes using other fruits like nectarines, apples, plums, bananas, pineapples, etc.
02 - Instead of cutting the peaches in half, you can make peach slices and saute them in the butter mixture. Don't make very thin slices, they will break on getting sauteed.
03 - Increase the cooking time if you prefer darker patches and a mild smoky burnt flavor of fried peaches.
04 - Maple syrup, honey, palm sugar, white sugar, or dark brown sugar can also be used to sweeten these buttery peaches.
05 - Vegans may use coconut oil or vegan butter instead of regular dairy butter.
