Paris Hot Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups whole milk.
02 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
03 - 6 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa).
04 - 1 tablespoon sugar (optional).
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - Whipped cream for topping.
07 - Cocoa powder for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat milk and cream over medium heat until steaming.
02 - Add dark chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
03 - Taste and add sugar if desired, stir until dissolved.
04 - Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
05 - Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.

02 - Don't let mixture boil.
03 - Adjust sugar to taste.
