# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
10 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved.
11 - 1 pound green beans, trimmed.
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for vegetables.
13 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
14 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese for vegetables.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, seasonings, salt, and pepper.
03 - Brush chicken with oil and coat in Parmesan mixture.
04 - Place chicken on one side of pan. Add vegetables on other side with oil and seasonings.
05 - Roast 25-30 minutes, flipping vegetables halfway. Chicken should reach 165°F.
