Parmesan Garlic Bacon Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 lasagna noodles
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
09 - ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - ½ tsp black pepper
12 - 1 tbsp butter
13 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
04 - Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
05 - Combine heavy cream, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese over low heat, whisking until smooth.
06 - In a deep baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, the beef mixture, bacon, shredded mozzarella, and cheese sauce.
07 - Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with shredded mozzarella on top.
08 - Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
09 - Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden on top.
10 - Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

01 - For extra creaminess, add ricotta cheese between layers.
02 - Swap ground beef for turkey for a leaner version.
