Low-carb cheesy herb bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the flatbread

01 - 1/2 cup blanched almond flour (56 g)
02 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (56 g), preferably whole milk
03 - 3 large eggs

→ For the Parmesan garlic topping

04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (shredded would also work)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Mix almond flour, mozzarella cheese and eggs in a bowl. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread very thinly.
03 - Place into the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown and the center is firm.
04 - Allow to cool, then slice into 8 squares or strips.
05 - Mix Parmesan garlic topping ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each piece of flatbread.
