Parmesan Onion Ring Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
02 - 1 medium white onion
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the onion into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Sprinkle half of the parmesan evenly over the sheet pan, then place the onion slices in a single layer on top of the parmesan.
03 - Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the onion ring slices, then lightly spray each one with olive oil. Add the remaining parmesan on top and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - I recommend using a sheet of parchment paper to make your baking sheet non-stick. It will work a lot better for this recipe.
02 - I use 1-2 large onions for this recipe, or for the smaller side you'd need 2-3 onions.
03 - I like to use a pizza cutter to cut the onion ring chips apart once they've cooled a little bit. It's fast and easy!
