Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup warm milk (110°F).
02 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast.
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
04 - ¼ cup butter, melted.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 2 cups peaches, diced.
09 - ½ cup brown sugar.
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
11 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
12 - ¼ cup butter, softened.
13 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix yeast in warm milk with pinch of sugar. Let stand 5 minutes until frothy.
02 - Combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour in bowl. Add yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
03 - Let dough rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
04 - Mix peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
05 - Roll dough into rectangle. Spread filling, roll up, cut into 12 slices.
06 - Place rolls in greased pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
07 - Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden.
08 - Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread on warm rolls.
