02 - 80 g granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 120 ml cold water

→ Optional Sweetener

05 - 1 tablespoon honey, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Peel, pit, and slice the peaches into even pieces.
02 - Combine the peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender.
03 - Blend the contents until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
04 - Taste and blend in honey if additional sweetness is desired.
05 - Pour the peach mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
06 - Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, stirring the sorbet every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to ensure a uniform, smooth texture.
07 - Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish with fresh peach slices if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use fully ripe, aromatic peaches for optimal flavor and texture.
02 - Regularly stirring during the initial freezing stage prevents large ice crystals.
03 - If the sorbet is too firm, allow it to rest at room temperature for several minutes before scooping.
