Peruvian Chicken with Green Sauce Aji Verde (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless.
02 - 5 cloves garlic.
03 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
04 - 2 tablespoons lime juice.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 2 teaspoons cumin.
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
09 - 3 jalapeños, seeded.
10 - 1 cup fresh cilantro.
11 - 2 green onions.
12 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
13 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, oil and seasonings until smooth.
02 - Combine chicken with marinade in bag, refrigerate 8-24 hours.
03 - Blend jalapeños, cilantro, garlic and mayo ingredients, drizzle in oil.
04 - Grill at 350°F for 5-6 minutes per side until 165°F internal.
05 - Bake at 500°F for 30 minutes, then covered 15 minutes until done.

01 - Can be grilled or baked.
02 - Sauce can be made ahead.
03 - Marinate at least 8 hours.
