Pineapple Bacon Burger BBQ Oven (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Toppings & Assembly

05 - 4 pineapple slices
06 - 4 slices beef bacon
07 - 4 burger buns
08 - 60 ml barbecue sauce
09 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
10 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly and shape into 4 equal patties.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef bacon strips until crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
04 - Arrange beef patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
05 - After 15 minutes, add pineapple slices to the baking sheet with the patties. Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
06 - To assemble, spread barbecue sauce on the cut sides of burger buns. Layer with shredded lettuce, a beef patty, beef bacon slice, baked pineapple, and red onion rings. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavour, lightly toast the burger buns before assembling.
