Sweet, tropical energy bites made with dates, oats, pineapple and coconut - a nutritious no-bake snack that's ready in just 15 minutes.
# Ingredients:
01 - 1 cup whole pitted dates
02 - 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
03 - 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
04 - 1/4 cup ground flax seeds or flaxseed meal
05 - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
# Instructions:
01 - Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a thick paste. You may have to scrape it down with a spatula a couple of times.
02 - Using about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into balls.
03 - These are a little soft, so store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
