# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix
02 - 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
03 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
04 - 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
05 - 1½ cups whipped topping, thawed
06 - ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
07 - Maraschino cherries or extra nuts for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the pistachio pudding mix with the crushed pineapple, including the juice, until well combined.
02 - Stir in mini marshmallows, nuts, and coconut, if using.
03 - Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with cherries or additional nuts if desired.
