Protein Cookie Dough Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)
02 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - ½ cup vanilla protein powder
05 - 1½ cups finely blanched almond flour
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Mix-ins

07 - ½ cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - Pour mixture into bowl and stir in protein powder, almond flour, and salt.
03 - Fold in mini chocolate chips.
04 - Roll mixture into bite-sized balls (golf ball sized), making about 15-20 balls.
