Quick Ground Orange Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 Tablespoon canola or olive oil
02 - 1 pound ground chicken
03 - 1 cup orange marmalade
04 - ½ cup sweet BBQ sauce
05 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
06 - ¼ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, (optional)
07 - ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
08 - 2 sliced green onions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together the marmalade, BBQ sauce, ginger and pepper flakes until well combined. Set aside.
02 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and add the ground chicken. Cook until chicken is crumbled and no longer pink.
03 - Stir the marmalade mixture into the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the sauce is heated through and thickened. Stir in the sesame seeds and remove from heat.
04 - Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately over cooked rice or in lettuce wraps.
