Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake Bites

# Ingredients:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup granulated sugar

12 ounces fresh raspberries

8 ounces whipped topping
→ Coating

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
# Instructions:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in raspberries and fold in whipped topping.

Cover mixture and freeze for 2 hours until firm enough to handle.
03 -
Scoop dollops of filling and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on lined sheet tray.

Freeze bites for several hours until solid. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
