Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - ⅓ cup granulated sugar
03 - 12 ounces fresh raspberries
04 - 8 ounces whipped topping

→ Coating

05 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in raspberries and fold in whipped topping.
02 - Cover mixture and freeze for 2 hours until firm enough to handle.
03 - Scoop dollops of filling and roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on lined sheet tray.
04 - Freeze bites for several hours until solid. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

01 - Keep frozen until serving
02 - Can use any berry variety
03 - Recipe can be halved or doubled
