Easy Red Velvet Cake Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 red velvet cake mix (plus ingredients called for on box)
02 - 1 to 1 1/3 cups cream cheese frosting

→ Coating

03 - 24 ounces white chocolate or Vanilla Almond Bark
04 - Sprinkles or chocolate for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Bake red velvet cake according to package directions. Cool completely.
02 - Crumble cooled cake into a bowl. Mix in 1 cup frosting. Let rest 5 minutes, add more frosting if needed until mixture is like stiff cookie dough.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.
04 - Melt white chocolate. Dip frozen balls using toothpick or fork. Add sprinkles while wet or drizzle with dark chocolate once set.
