# Ingredients:

10 - ½ cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and food coloring. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
04 - Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes until firm.
05 - Roll dough into 1-inch balls, coat in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
06 - Bake 10-12 minutes until set but soft in center. Cool briefly on sheets, then transfer to wire rack.
