01 - 1 pound breakfast sausage
02 - 4 eggs
03 - 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) to ensure even cooking of the muffins.
02 - Grease a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
03 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble the sausage and cook until it’s no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Drain off the fat and let the sausage cool slightly.
