Creamy Shrimp Scampi Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
02 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Sauce and Cheese

06 - ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
07 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasonings

11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
04 - Pour wine (or broth) into skillet, scraping up browned bits. Simmer 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream. Bring to gentle simmer.
05 - Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss to coat in sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking dish and arrange shrimp on top.
06 - Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve.

01 - Can use chicken broth instead of wine
02 - Cook pasta al dente as it will continue cooking in oven
