Crockpot Cowboy Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup.
05 - 1/2 cup milk.
06 - 15 ounces kidney beans, drained.
07 - 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes with chiles.
08 - 1 cup frozen corn.
09 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 4 cups sliced potatoes.
13 - 1 cup shredded cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain fat.
02 - Add meat to slow cooker with soup, milk, beans, tomatoes, corn, and seasonings.
03 - Add potatoes and stir to coat with mixture.
04 - Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.
05 - Add cheese in last 20 minutes of cooking.

02 - Freezes well for leftovers.
03 - Use firm potatoes that hold shape.
