Place chicken thighs or breasts in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour the prepared peanut sauce evenly over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.

Remove chicken from the cooker and shred or slice as desired. Return to the sauce and stir to thoroughly coat.
