# Ingredients:

1 cup mini marshmallows.

1 cup dark chocolate, melted.
03 -
1 cup white chocolate, melted.

1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
05 -
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional).
# Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dip marshmallows in melted dark chocolate using a fork. Place on sheet and chill 10 minutes.

Dip dark chocolate covered marshmallows in melted white chocolate.
04 -
Roll each truffle in graham cracker crumbs while chocolate is still wet.
05 -
Return to baking sheet. Chill 10-15 minutes until completely set.

Can use gluten-free cookies instead of graham crackers.

Add coconut oil to chocolate for smoother coating.
