Smores Marshmallow Crunch Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mini marshmallows.
02 - 1 cup dark chocolate, melted.
03 - 1 cup white chocolate, melted.
04 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Dip marshmallows in melted dark chocolate using a fork. Place on sheet and chill 10 minutes.
03 - Dip dark chocolate covered marshmallows in melted white chocolate.
04 - Roll each truffle in graham cracker crumbs while chocolate is still wet.
05 - Return to baking sheet. Chill 10-15 minutes until completely set.

# Notes:

01 - Can use gluten-free cookies instead of graham crackers.
02 - Add coconut oil to chocolate for smoother coating.
03 - Let each layer set completely before next step.
