Soft Peanut Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup peanut butter.
02 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
03 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1/3 cup white sugar.
05 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 1 egg.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix sugars, peanut butter and butter until smooth, then beat in egg and vanilla.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl.
03 - Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined.
04 - Refrigerate covered dough for one hour.
05 - Roll into balls, press with fork in crisscross pattern.
06 - Cook at 375°F for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden.

01 - Can mix by hand or mixer.
02 - Dough needs chilling.
