Spicy Cajun Steak Linguine (Print Version)

01 - 2 boneless rib-eye steaks, thinly sliced
02 - 12 oz linguine pasta
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup beef broth
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - Salt and pepper, to taste
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss steak slices with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
02 - Cook linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring and bringing to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.
05 - Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat. Return steak to the skillet and gently combine everything.
06 - Serve garnished with fresh parsley while hot.
