Spinach Stuffed Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt, divided.
05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
08 - ¼ cup Parmesan, grated.
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
10 - 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped.
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced.
12 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F.
02 - Drizzle chicken with oil. Mix paprika, half the salt, garlic and onion powder. Season both sides.
03 - Slice pocket into side of each chicken breast.
04 - Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, spinach, garlic, pepper flakes and remaining salt.
05 - Fill chicken pockets with mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until cooked.

01 - Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
02 - Can prep ahead and bake later.
