Puree chilled strawberries in a food processor until completely smooth.

In a blender, combine frozen banana, pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt, and 310 ml coconut milk. Blend until fully mixed. If the mixture is too thick, add up to 50 ml more coconut milk to achieve a creamy consistency.

Pour the pineapple mixture into serving glasses, filling about one-third of each. Add spoonfuls of strawberry puree and gently swirl using a butter knife.

Repeat the layering process with additional pineapple mixture and strawberry puree two more times, finishing with a swirl of the puree on top.

Serve immediately for optimal texture and flavor. For a uniform smoothie, all ingredients may be blended together and served.
