→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ground beef, 2 pounds (80/20 blend recommended)
02 - Breadcrumbs, 1 cup (plain)
03 - Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup
04 - Egg, 1 large
05 - Milk, 1/4 cup
06 - Onion, 1 small, finely chopped
07 - Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
08 - Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon
09 - Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups
13 - Ketchup, 1/2 cup
14 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
03 - Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape the meat mixture into a rectangle about 1-inch thick, pressing evenly.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the surface of the meat rectangle, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
05 - Carefully roll the meatloaf from one end to the other using the parchment paper to guide it. Pinch and seal the seams, then place the roll seam-side down in a baking dish.
06 - Brush the top of the meatloaf with ketchup to create a flavorful glaze.
07 - Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
08 - Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to retain moisture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can customize the filling by adding red pepper flakes for spiciness or experimenting with different cheeses or vegetables.
