Valentine's Day Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients called for on box

→ Pink Frosting

02 - 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
03 - ¼ cup butter, softened
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
05 - 1½ tablespoons milk
06 - 1-2 drops red food coloring

→ Chocolate Ganache

07 - 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces
08 - ½ cup heavy cream
09 - Valentine's Day sprinkles for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare brownies according to package directions. Cool completely.
02 - Beat powdered sugar, butter, extract, and milk until fluffy. Add food coloring. Spread over brownies.
03 - Heat chocolate and cream over low heat until smooth. Pour over frosted brownies and quickly spread.
04 - Top immediately with Valentine's sprinkles before ganache sets.

02 - Add milk gradually to frosting
03 - Work quickly with ganache
