In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat. Add the taco seasoning to the meat, following the package instructions (usually adding a bit of water). Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes until fully combined and heated through.
02 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
03 -
In a large bowl, combine the cooked taco meat, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
04 -
Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet.
05 -
Bake the Taco Ranch Bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bites are golden brown.
06 -
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
