Creamy Tomato Garlic Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5-6 beefsteak tomatoes

β†’ Dressing

02 - 2 garlic cloves, grated
03 - β…“ cup sour cream
04 - ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
05 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
06 - Salt & pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and grated garlic to create the dressing.
02 - Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place them in a serving bowl.
03 - Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, add chopped dill, and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
