Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups White Lily Self-Rising Flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon active yeast.
03 - 1 cup warm milk.
04 - ¼ cup cane sugar.
05 - 6 tablespoons salted butter, divided.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
09 - 2 cups strawberries, chopped.
10 - ½ block cream cheese, room temperature.
11 - ½ cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk and yeast in small bowl. Let stand 10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla in mixer with dough hook. Add yeast mixture and egg. Mix 5 minutes until combined.
03 - Cover dough with cloth and let rise 1 hour.
04 - Cook butter, sugar, and strawberries over low-medium heat until jammy. Chill 30 minutes.
05 - Roll dough into square. Spread filling, roll up, cut into 7 pieces.
06 - Place rolls in buttered cast iron skillet. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
07 - Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled rolls.
