Red Berry Summer Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1 inch pieces
02 - 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
03 - 1 1/2 cups raspberries
04 - 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved

→ Dressing

05 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
07 - 2 tbsp agave syrup
08 - 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

→ Garnish

09 - Fresh mint leaves, torn

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together agave syrup, lime juice, lime zest and chopped mint in a small bowl.
02 - Prep watermelon and berries as directed and place in a large bowl.
03 - Drizzle dressing over the fruit and lightly toss. Garnish with torn mint leaves and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute fresh basil for mint if preferred.
02 - If you don't have a cherry pitter, use a chopstick to remove cherry pits by pushing through the middle.
03 - Best served immediately, as the fruits will release moisture over time making the salad soggy.
04 - You can substitute agave with honey or maple syrup.
