Whipped Pink Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lemonade Base

01 - 250 ml fresh lemon juice (from about 4–5 lemons)
02 - 200 g granulated sugar
03 - 1 litre cold water
04 - A few drops pink food colouring

→ Pink Whipped Cream

05 - 240 ml heavy whipping cream
06 - 8 g powdered sugar (optional, for sweetening)
07 - A few drops pink food colouring

→ For Serving

08 - Ice cubes
09 - Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar has fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the sweetened lemon juice and mix to fully incorporate. Add a few drops of pink food colouring and stir until the colour is uniform.
03 - Pour cold heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken. If desired, slowly add powdered sugar and continue beating to stiff peaks.
04 - Add a few drops of pink food colouring to the whipped cream. Gently fold until the colour is evenly incorporated.
05 - Fill glasses three-quarters full with pink lemonade. Add ice cubes as desired. Top each with a generous dollop of pink whipped cream. Garnish with a lemon slice if using and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure both the lemonade and cream are well chilled before assembling for best results.
02 - Avoid overbeating the whipped cream to prevent it from turning grainy or separating.
