Effortless Key Lime Pie Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract
02 - 0.5 tsp lime zest, grated extra fine
03 - 15 mL honey or any sweetener you like
04 - 60 mL fresh-squeezed key lime juice (or regular lime works)
05 - 130 g Greek yogurt (plain) or pick any non-dairy kind
06 - 1 frozen banana, chopped up

→ Optional Additions

07 - A handful of spinach leaves for a pop of green
08 - Ice cubes, toss in as much as you want to make it thick or cold

→ Garnish

09 - A sprinkle of graham crumbs on top
10 - Lime wedge for a fresh look

# Instructions:

01 - Go ahead and pour your smoothie into the glass you got ready. Toss a lime wedge on there if you like and drink it right away.
02 - Wipe a lime wedge around your glass rim. Dunk it into graham cracker crumbs and coat it well.
03 - Drop in your banana, yogurt, lime juice, honey, zest, and vanilla to a blender. If you want the color, toss in spinach. Then blend everything up and throw in ice until you get the feel you want.

01 - Swap a couple spoons of yogurt for cream cheese if you’re after a richer smoothie.
02 - Want more color? Throw in some fresh spinach. It won’t taste like spinach, promise.
03 - Try using lemon juice and peel instead of lime if you want to switch up the citrus vibe.
04 - Craving a frozen treat? Mix in extra honey, pour it into molds, and freeze for pops.
05 - Leftover smoothie? Freeze in ice trays, then blend those cubes later with some milk. Good for three months.
