Bahama Mama Coconut Pineapple (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 340 grams frozen orange juice concentrate
02 - 340 grams frozen pineapple juice concentrate
03 - 500 millilitres coconut water
04 - 1 teaspoon coconut extract
05 - 2 cups ice cubes
06 - 170 millilitres grenadine syrup

→ Garnish (optional)

07 - Pineapple slices
08 - Maraschino cherries

# Instructions:

01 - Combine frozen orange juice concentrate, frozen pineapple juice concentrate, coconut water, and coconut extract in the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth.
02 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is completely crushed and the mixture is smooth.
03 - Pour the smoothie base evenly into six glasses. Drizzle approximately 28 millilitres (1 ounce) of grenadine along the inside edge of each glass. Garnish each serving with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a cocktail variation, add a splash of light rum before blending. To enhance presentation, serve in chilled glasses.
