Using a small spoon, drizzle melted chocolate or ganache inside the glass. Spoon additional chocolate or ganache over the rim and allow it to drip down. Freeze glasses while preparing the milkshake.

Blend softened ice cream, brownie chunks, and whole milk until smooth. Add more brownies for additional texture, if desired.

Pour milkshake into prepared glasses, garnish with whipped cream, extra ganache or melted chocolate, and brownie crumbs. Serve immediately.

Heat the heavy whipping cream in a small saucepan until it barely begins to boil. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Cover, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
