Combine cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley (if using) in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly to evenly distribute ingredients.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of filling in the center and spread slightly, leaving space at the edges. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose.

Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Turn and toast the opposite side for an additional 2 minutes.
